Refund policy
As a one person company we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds. All sales are final.
However, if your item has a production error of some kind (i.e. the item is the wrong garment, is the wrong size from what was ordered, the garment has a defect, the design is wrong or has a production defect, etc.) then our manufacturer will replace the item free of charge.
The best way to do this is to first DM @scramblin.jack and/or @goodmiss.golf on instagram explaining the issue. Then you'll email us at goodmissgolfcompany@gmail.com and attach corresponding photos so that I can then submit a problem report with our manufacturer and begin the replacement process.
Make sure to reach out ASAP as problem reports have to be submitted within 4 weeks of when you received your order.
